The Mykolaiv Regional Council has increased the authorised capital of the municipal enterprise «Farmatsiia» to 35 million hryvnias.

The decision was made during an extraordinary online session, according to NikVesti.

According to the draft decision, funds to increase the authorised capital will be allocated from the regional budget. The purpose of this step is to stabilise the company's operation under martial law and ensure its effective functioning in accordance with its healthcare tasks.

During the discussion, Anton Tabunschyk, Chairman of the Mykolaiv Regional Council, noted that the company received funding back in 2023.

«The issue is due to the need to bring the company's statutory documents into compliance and form the authorised capital at the expense of funds allocated in 2023. This issue was considered by three committees,» he said.

The decision was unanimously supported by 39 deputies.

It was also reported that the Mykolaiv Regional Council, on the proposal of the head of the Regional State Administration Vitalii Kim, is planning to appoint the director of the municipal enterprise «Farmatsiia» out of competition in addition to chief doctors.
