The head of the health care department of the Mykolaiv regional state administration, Maksym Beznosenko, suggested reducing the city health department in Yuzhnoukrainsk.

«Regarding the activities of the city health department. We have an established relationship with Iryna Shamrai, information is provided, we share it with them and they with us, but with regard to unification, this is a matter for the city council, it is a legal issue. They have the right to a city department. As far as I know, city health is in Yuzhnoukrainsk, which, in my opinion, is a rudimentary body that manages one hospital. Therefore, information is transmitted vertically, Iryna Valentynivna and I have information about treatment in city and regional hospitals,» said Maksym Beznosenko.

He also noted that it is possible to create a capable network of health care facilities after the end of martial law. This body will have the authority to manage all medical institutions in the region.

«I believe that after martial law, there is Resolution No. 174 on the creation of a capable network. When a network of health care institutions is created in Mykolaiv, which is determined by the health care department of the Mykolaiv Oblast, then there will be levers of influence on all health care institutions and representatives of the regional health department will participate in competitions for the appointment of heads of institutions, and then this body will have authority over all institutions of the Mykolayiv region,» the official added.

We remind, in 2022, during the war, Maksym Beznosenko, the head of the health care department of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, was paid 85 thousand hryvnias in material aid and 309 thousand hryvnias in salary allowances.
