The United States and Ukraine are agreeing to meet next week in Saudi Arabia, during which they are likely to discuss a peace agreement and the initial phase of the ceasefire.

This was stated by US Presidential Special Representative for the Middle East Steve Witkoff, Sky News reports .

According to Steve Witkoff, the delegations of Ukraine and the United States will discuss the framework of a peace agreement to end hostilities with Russia.

Sources in the Office of the President told Suspilne that the US and Ukrainian delegations will meet on Tuesday, 11 March. The delegation from Ukraine will be headed by the head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak.

As a reminder, during a speech to Congress, US President Donald Trump said he had received a letter from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
