«Russians destroyed a local educational institution. There may be people under the rubble — adults from the teaching staff. Fortunately, the children are on holiday and were not in the school. The response and search operations are already underway,» said Oleh Kiper, head of the RMA.

At 15:48, Oleh Kiper said that two people were killed and 12 were injured in the attack.

«At least twelve people are also known to be wounded. Three of the victims are in serious condition. The rest of the wounded, including two teenagers, are in moderate condition. They are being provided with all the necessary medical care,» said the head of the RMA.

As a reminder, during yesterday's attack on 22 June, Russian troops fired two X-59/69 aircraft missiles at Ochakiv.
